Samrah Osman

Samrah Osman is an engineer and start-up enthusiast with extensive global experience in technology development, finance, strategy, and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as Founder and Business Lead at Bright Light Services. Ms. Osman has previously founded successful tech-focused ventures including: Capital Plus, a crypto-enabled remittance and asset tokenization platform for East Africa; Bright Light Websites, an international web development consultancy; and So Well Dressed, a personalized online fashion recommendation engine.

She has also spearheaded innovation initiatives at both start-ups and corporates including leading product development, deploying predictive planning systems, directing data analytics and business intelligence solutions, and building operations research simulation models. Her career began in equity research and investment banking and has included extensive financial modeling and analysis.
